JUDITH GARCIA

Judith Garcia is a student board member of Chicas Verdes and is a Senior at Manual Arts High School.

In her free time, Judith loves to spend time in nature and painting her surroundings. She also enjoys spending time with her friends in the Manual Arts garden, where she feels welcomed and comfortable being herself. For Judith, part of the joy of gardening lies in the fact that she gets to take part in creating a safe space by keeping every part of the space alive and well.

In the kitchen, Judith loves to cook sautéed vegetables with white rice and Korean BBQ sauce. Judith learned to make this dish from Chef Edward Lee at a Chicas Verdes event. Now, she cannot get enough of it.
